We will aim to ship all orders made before 3 PM on the same day. Orders made after 3 PM will be dispatched the next working day.
Please note that during very busy periods like Black Friday and around Christmas, deliveries may take slightly longer to be delivered.
Economy Mainland UK Delivery (3-5 working days) - £3
If you choose Economy ( Mainland UK ) Delivery, we will send this via Evri Economy. This service usually takes 3-5 working days once the order has been dispatched from us. We will aim to get your item(s) to you within 3-5 working days. This will be delivered between 7:30 AM & 6:00 PM. To make things more convenient for you, when entering an email and a phone number at checkout, you will be notified with what day it will be delivered and again once delivery has been attempted or made. If you miss your delivery, you will be able to rearrange using the link provided.
Standard Mainland UK Delivery (1-3 working days) - £4
If you choose Standard ( Mainland UK ) Delivery, we will send this via Evri Priority. This service usually takes 1-3 working days once the order has been dispatched from us. We will aim to get your item(s) to you within 1-3 working days. This will be delivered between 7:30 AM & 6:00 PM. To make things more convenient for you, when entering an email and a phone number at checkout, you will be notified by Evri with what day it will be delivered and again once delivery has been attempted or made. If you miss your delivery, you will be able to rearrange using the link provided.
Next Working Day ( Mainland UK ) Delivery - £5
If you choose Next Working Day ( Mainland UK ) Delivery, we will send this via Evri Next Working Day Service. This service will take 1 working day once the order has been dispatched from us. To make things more convenient for you, when entering an email and a phone number at checkout, you will be notified by Evri with what day it will be delivered and again once delivery has been attempted or made. If you miss your delivery, you will be able to rearrange using the link provided. This is a Next Working Day Service. Orders placed before 3 PM (Monday - Thursday) will be delivered on the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday before 3 PM will be guaranteed for Monday. Orders placed after 3 PM on Friday or placed on Saturday and Sunday will be guaranteed for Tuesday.
Click & Collect From our Peterborough Store - FREE on all orders!
Our store is now reopen, but please wait until you have had the 'Ready To Collect' email before collecting as we do not carry all stock at the store.
If you choose 'Click & Collect' at checkout, please leave up to 24 hours to receive your 'Ready to Collect' email as we do not keep all stock at our Peterborough store. Please wait until you've received the 'Collect From Store' email before coming into town. When picking up your order, please bring a copy of your confirmation email and photo ID. In the case of someone else coming to collect your order, they will need to bring a form of ID and a copy of the confirmation email.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFO
Our couriers do not collect parcels from us on Weekends or Bank Holidays. Your order will be collected at the earliest convenience. Deliveries can happen on a Saturday, however, this is not guaranteed. There will be no deliveries on a Sunday.
If the courier fails to deliver your order because of a fault of your own such as an incorrect address given to us at checkout or you do not collect your order from where it has been dropped off, we cannot be held responsible for any additional costs that you may occur. If the item is then sent back to us but you still want your item(s), we will need additional postage payment in order for us to resend your order. Please contact us for any further details you may need.
We are also not liable for any parcels lost or stolen if you request your parcel to be left in a 'safe place' whether that be at checkout or via the courier.
