If you choose Standard ( Mainland UK ) Delivery, we will send this via Royal Mail Tracked 24. This service usually takes 1-3 working days once the order has been dispatched from us. We will aim to get your item(s) to you within 2-5 working days. Royal Mail Tracked 24 For requires a signature upon delivery for proof of arrival. This will be delivered by a postman between 7:30 AM & 6:00 PM. To make things more convenient for you, when entering an email and a phone number at checkout, you will be notified by Royal Mail with what day it will be delivered.
- Next-Day ( Mainland UK ) Delivery - £5.95 (FREE ON ORDERS OVER £75)
If you choose Next Day ( Mainland UK ) Delivery, we will send this via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm Next Working Day Service. This service will take 1 working day once the order has been dispatched from us. Royal Mail Special Delivery requires a signature upon delivery for proof of arrival. This is a Next Working Day Service. Orders placed before 3 PM (Monday - Thursday) will be delivered on the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday before 3 PM will be guaranteed for Monday. Orders placed after 3 PM on Friday or placed on Saturday and Sunday will be guaranteed for Tuesday.
- International Tracked & Signed For Delivery (5-10 working days) - £12.95
If you choose European Delivery, we will send this via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed For. This service usually takes 3-6 working days once the order has been dispatched from us. We will aim to get your item(s) to you within 7 working days. Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed For is a fully tracked service meaning that you can watch your items progress up until delivery. This service requires a signature upon delivery for proof of arrival.
- Pick Up From Our Peterborough Store - FREE
If you choose 'Pick up from our Peterborough store' at checkout, please leave up to 48 hours to receive your 'Ready to Collect' email as we do not keep all the stock at our Peterborough store. When picking up your order, please bring a copy of your confirmation email and photo ID. In the case of someone else coming to collect your order, they will need to bring a form of ID and a copy of the confirmation email.

Additional Shipping Info
- Our couriers do not collect parcels from us on Weekends or Bank Holidays. Your order will be collected at the earliest convenience. Deliveries can happen on a Saturday, however, this is not guaranteed. There will be no deliveries on a Sunday.
- If Royal Mail fails to deliver your order because of a fault of your own such as an incorrect address given to us at checkout or you do not collect your order from your local post office, we cannot be held responsible for any additional costs that you may occur. If the item is then sent back to us but you still want your item(s), we will need additional postage payment in order for us to resend your order.
- Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
- The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
- We cannot undervalue orders or mark them as a gift.
